Amid much speculation and after an aborted deal with Knoxville College, Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero’s administration has zeroed in on Tennova’s Physicians Regional Medical Center campus in North Knoxville for a new headquarters for the Knoxville Police and Fire departments.
