“Bring Back the Orange” could be a rallying cry for University of Tennessee football coach Jeremy Pruitt’s rebuilding job, but in the city’s civic realm these days the phrase refers to the future of affordable housing in Knoxville.
Advocates and Realtors both want more residential options in more areas of the city.
