The heart of Knox County’s 33rd precinct is the Alice Bell neighborhood, which rolls gently across the old Bell family farm between Washington Pike and Valley View Drive in northeast Knoxville.

It’s an unassuming district of modest lots and two- and three-bedroom one-story houses built largely from the 1950s to the 1970s. Apart from busy Washington Pike, the residential areas retain the quiet character of the suburbs that they were when they were developed.
