Those who thought Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero would slow down and take it easy during the last year of her second and final term were quite mistaken. Rogero intends to sprint to the finish line.
By the time she leaves office, Rogero will have changed the face and future of the city.
Much of what Rogero has done and is planning to do will change the face of the city, assuming her successor will move forward with plans begun on her watch.
