Tennessee revamps its State Report Card with user-friendly data on school performance. But what to do with it?

The Knox County Schools data published Tuesday in Tennessee’s annual State Report Card provides more questions than answers, and that may be the way the state wants it.
Expected correlations between economic and academic disparities, with some surprises.
