After 20 years, the University of Tennessee finally has a plan for the historic Eugenia Williams estate.

In 1998, Joe Johnson was president of the University of Tennessee when the institution received a generous gift with strings attached: the West Knoxville estate of Eugenia Williams, with 24 rolling acres on the Tennessee River dominated by an impressive 10,800-square-foot brick mansion.
