A meeting earlier this week seems to have broken the legal logjam that had stalled talk of moving Knox County Schools’ administrative offices into the Tennessee Valley Authority’s East Tower on Summit Hill Drive.
A deal that could bring a hotel back to the Andrew Johnson Building.
The meeting, first reported in the Knoxville News Sentinel, brought together TVA lawyers with Knox County officials, including Law Director Bud Armstrong and Finance Director Chris Caldwell.
