A Nashville development firm met with members of the Pond Gap Neighborhood Association Wednesday evening prior to today’s Metropolitan Planning Commission vote on a controversial apartment complex in the West Knoxville neighborhood.
Concerns about traffic on Hollywood Road vs. the need for more housing.
The get-together was an information-sharing meeting requested by City Councilman Andrew Roberto, according the developer’s local attorney, Arthur Seymour Jr. Seymour said Elmington Capital Group is moving forward with its plans.
