Besides being a pet-product millionaire, a dog-park creator, an educational philanthropist, a former gubernatorial candidate and a prospective interim president of the University of Tennessee, Randy Boyd is a major property owner in and around Knoxville’s Old City.
The map below shows properties in the district owned by companies affiliated with Boyd and his wife, Jenny. The properties to the east of Hall of Fame Drive along Willow Avenue are the ones Boyd has identified as a possible future site for a baseball stadium, should he relocate the Tennessee Smokies from Sevier County back to Knoxville.
