Downtown Knoxville has only two buildings taller than 20 stories, so it’s worth noting when one of them is up for grabs.
Riverview Tower, the 24-story glass monolith with the rounded facade that sits at 900 S. Gay St. between First Tennessee Plaza and the Andrew Johnson Building, was listed last week. The building is owned by Hertz Investment Group of California, which has a portfolio of commercial properties mostly across the South and Midwest.
